Product Use Precautions
- All metallic parts on the products utilize 316L medical grade stainless steel to further decrease the likelihood of an allergic effects. To clean, just use a cloth and lightly wipe clean the areas that require cleaning.
- Artificer products are waterproof and can be worn in the shower, bath, swimming pool or when working out. *Note: Please refrain from using the products in a natural hot spring to ensure that the benefits of the product are not affected. (The raw minerals will be affected by sulfur present in natural hot springs)
- For our silicone coloring we use a water-based paint which is completely safe and non-toxic (passing EU’s EN71 Safety Standards). Depending on the user’s body type (e.g. pH of perspiration) or what environment the product is used, color fading may occur. But this will not affect the safety and effectiveness of the product.
- Please avoid sharp objects coming in contact with the silicone as it may use tears or cuts which may lead to breaking of the silicone parts.
- To wash the product please use warm water or soap water or dish washing detergent and gently wipe the area that requires extra cleaning.
